Everyone,

Tomorrow night (Tues. Jan. 23) I will be presenting our district’s vision and plan for growth at the State of Madison City Schools address to the community.
The presentation will be at James Clemens High School, starting at 7 p.m.

This is very important to the entire Madison City Schools system. I can’t tell you how important I feel it is that you be there.  I will get directly to the points to be made. I promise that we will not waste your time.

Our school system is growing 200 to 300 students per year. In the next 10 years, we will need additional space in the elementary, middle and high schools.

Rezoning must occur to keep schools within capacity and to keep schools demographically equal. This vision and the direction we decide to take will impact your children, your property values, and the future of Madison City Schools.

Following up on the vision that is presented tomorrow night will be break-out sessions in February, where the Board and I take questions/suggestions as we continue to build our strategic plan.
We value your input, and you will be much more informed if you see the data that I present tomorrow night.

Please come casual and relaxed…just come. See you tomorrow night,

Robby Parker
